Join us at Ingalls for a Winter Play Family Day!

No time like snow time! Join us out an Ingalls for a play day in the snow. We’ll be open to all ages who want to play to use our meadow, trails, and sledding hill! Come ready to play, bring your sleds and gear. We have a few snowshoes for folks to borrow. If you’re interested in staying overnight, email Karen to inquire about options!

Cost: Free! Just register so we know who to expect, and to sign the liability forms for you and your party.

Refreshments: BYO snacks, but we’ll provide the cocoa! The Main Lodge will be open for bathrooms, warming up, snacks, and if people want to play board games or feel snug inside a cozy lodge.

Schedule: If the weather allows, sledding, snow play, the Lodge, skiing and snowshoeing are open the entire time, but if you’d like a little extra guidance, take note of the following options!

1:30 pm - Cross Country Ski Clinic: if there’s enough snow, we’ll groom a trail and give some pointers for those who need it!

2pm - Snowshoe Tour: Follow Doug along the trails and experience the beauty of Ingalls by Snowshoe!

3pm - Snow Sculpture Contest: Use your imagination to build anything your heart dreams up on our meadow! All ages encouraged to collaborate - bring your own team or join one on site!

Indoor Options: We don’t control the weather, but if it’s not ideal conditions we’ve still got options for gathering!

1-4pm - We’ll have Bowl Games and Popcorn for watching up at Alanna’s Landing, board games, coloring pages, foosball, cocoa and activities down at the Lodge.
